Hi everyone! Welcome to Crazy Travlista’s blog! A few random facts about me: I am 32, half Persian/half Austrian, obsessed with working out, kittens, and Game of Thrones, love my family to death, completely Gluten-free…and shocker, I AM ADDICTED TO TRAVEL! Yep, that pretty much sums me up!
To say traveling is my passion is an understatement. I live, breathe, and dream travel. Traveling to me is about the journey, the excitement, the unexpected, the bonds you make with complete strangers, understanding different cultures, viewing the world with new eyes, and especially, the change that goes on within. Travel has forever changed me.
It all started in 2006 during my very first trip overseas. I had always been afraid of flying (and still am), but my curiosity and fascination with escaping the bubble overpowered my fear and allowed me to finally take the plunge! Life is short, and I needed a kick in the butt!
Italy had always been my dream destination and the whole experience far exceeded my expectations and completely blew me away. I came back home with a newfound respect for different cultures and an insatiable hunger to explore more. I realized my true passion in life and since then I haven’t let anything stand in the way of my dream…to travel the world!
Hopefully I can inspire others to take that leap of faith and start traveling. The first step is always the hardest. But if I can do it, anyone can! It was the single best decision I have ever made in my entire life!
